The Snow White CRL Chemical Resistant Board adopts a multi-layer high-pressure composite process. The core material is an epoxy resin matrix reinforced with electronic-grade silica powder, and the surface is coated with a high-density polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating. It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, impermeability, and electrical stability. It is suitable for scenarios with extremely high requirements for cleanliness and corrosion resistance, such as laboratory countertops, semiconductor clean rooms, and pharmaceutical equipment.

Super Strong Chemical Tolerance

It is resistant to highly corrosive reagents such as 98% concentrated sulfuric acid and 50% sodium hydroxide (tested based on the ASTM D543 standard).
The PTFE coating achieves a zero-porosity surface, completely blocking the penetration of organic solvents (such as acetone and ethanol), and eliminating the risk of cross-contamination.

Adaptability to High-frequency Environments

With low dielectric loss (Df < 0.005) and dielectric constant (Dk < 3.5), it ensures the stability of signal transmission in high-frequency experiments, and is suitable for the base materials of precision instruments or electromagnetic shielding scenarios.

Durability in Extreme Environments

The temperature resistance range is from -50°C to +180°C, and the short-term heat resistance peak reaches 220°C, adapting to the needs of high-temperature sterilization or low-temperature storage.
The Mohs hardness is ≥ 6, and the impact resistance strength reaches 8 J/cm², which is more than 3 times higher than that of ordinary HPL panels.

Cleanroom-level Safety Standards

It has passed the ISO 14644-1 Class 4 cleanliness certification, and the surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2μm, meeting the installation requirements of a dust-free environment.
It complies with the environmental protection standards of FDA 21 CFR and REACH, and there is no release of heavy metals. It can have direct contact with food and drugs.

Intelligent Design

Pre-installed anti-static guide grooves (surface resistance 10^6-10^9Ω) are compatible with the electrostatic dissipation requirements of biosafety cabinets.
The modular splicing tolerance is < 0.1mm, supporting quick installation and seamless integration.
